9 écharpes bicolores (20x200 cm)

Ça ressemble à des écharpes perdues par là et attachées aux ponts par des passants afin qu’on puisse bien les retrouver. Elles sont amarrées avec un noeud ou marquées avec une pierre, suspendues entre celui qui a trouvé et celui qui a perdu. Elles sont entre-deux. Il y a comme un accord. Il y a comme un pont.

Bien sûr, ce ne sont pas les écharpes qui sont perdues. C’est un scénario qu’on a trouvé et dont on peut suivre le fil. Au fil du chemin, le passant croise une image qui se répète, comme s’il ne faisait jamais que de passer d’un pont à un autre. D’une couleur à l’autre, on trouve ces ponts que le chemin emprunte. "Le pont laisse au fleuve son cours, et en même temps il accorde aux mortels son chemin." Ce qui se trouve toujours devoir se perdre, c’est bien ce qui accorde le chemin.

Et de mémoire on retrace le fil imaginaire du chemin parcouru. En un sens, on rassemble au fil d’une pensée des choses perdues dans la nature. On accorde sa pensée avec ce qui est là-dehors. En attendant, là-dehors, à moitié sauvées du désastre, les écharpes vont flotter jusqu’à ce qu’on y revienne.

And of memory one recalls the imaginary thread of the way. In a sense, one gathers along the thread of a thought some things lost in nature. His thought is granted with what is là-dehors. Meanwhile, out there, half-saved from the disaster, the scarves will float until one returns there.
